These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the websitehttps://brand9x.com/, owned and operated by brand9x. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

PRIOR CONDITIONS

  • The Client confirms that the website contains no duplicate sites, duplicate content, duplicate pages, doorway pages, or unapproved redirects.
  • The Client has not participated in link farms, spam link exchanges, or any manipulative tactics that may negatively impact search engine visibility.
  • No SEO provider, including brand9x, can guarantee 100% specific search engine results, ranking positions, traffic volume increases, or sales performance, as search algorithms are controlled by third parties.
  • All payments are due in advance and are strictly non-refundable.
  • If the Client modifies optimized pages, removes implemented AI-SEO improvements, or fails to apply recommended changes provided by brand9x, any ranking-growth guarantees become void.
  • brand9x operates under a strict ethical AI-SEO and white-hat optimization policy. Any of the following activities may void guarantees:
    • Usage of hidden links
    • Linking to link farms, FFA pages, or spam networks
    • Cloaking, deceptive redirects, or manipulative ranking practices
    • Unapproved submissions to search engines or directories
    • Usage of automated submission tools or automated reciprocal linking

brand9x reserves the right to showcase client websites, design materials, SEO case studies, layouts, wireframes, and campaign results as part of portfolio or marketing initiatives unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPECIFIC RIGHTS

To enable brand9x to deliver AI-powered SEO and search-ranking-growth services, the Client agrees to provide:

  • FTP access and/or administrative backend access required for on-page optimization.

  • Permission for brand9x to communicate with third parties involved in website management (e.g., your developer).

  • Full access to historical and current website analytics for performance tracking.

  • Authorization to use the Client’s logos, trademarks, website content, and images for creating SEO articles, AI-generated enhancements, and other marketing materials required for optimization.

  • If insufficient textual content exists, the Client must provide additional content. brand9x can also create professional AI-optimized SEO content for an additional fee.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

During and after the contract period:

  • The Client agrees to keep all brand9x confidential information private and not to disclose or use it without written permission.
  • The Client agrees not to publicly criticize or defame brand9x, its employees, partners, or contractors on forums, blogs, social platforms, or any public space.
  • The Client agrees not to seek SEO advice publicly in a manner that harms brand9x’s reputation.
  • In case of breach of this NDA, the Client agrees to compensate brand9x for damages.

COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

All materials, publications, and content (“Website Information”) on this website are the property of brand9x.

brand9x permits:

  • Normal downloading, copying, and distribution for internal, non-commercial purposes, provided all copyright notices remain intact.
    You may not modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the website information without written permission

    from brand9x, except as permitted under fair-use laws.

SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING & RENEWAL POLICY

  • brand9x does not provide prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.
  • All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • The Client must evaluate brand9x features, requirements, and deliverables prior to selecting a paid plan.
  • No refunds will be provided due to lack of understanding of the SEO process, inadequate website content, or technical limitations on the Client’s side.

    By subscribing, the Client acknowledges and accepts that all subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Subscription fees are charged automatically unless canceled.
  • To cancel, the Client must email info@brand9x.com at least three (3) days before the next billing date.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful cancellation.

The Client is solely responsible for canceling their subscription properly.

REFUND POLICY

  • All brand9x subscription services are billed in advance and are strictly non-refundable.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for:
    • Partial months of service
    • Mid-cycle cancellations
    • Plan upgrades or downgrades
